Dr. Jason Loth, a chiropractor, created this pillow because he had a difficult time keeping his neck in the right position while sleeping. When I heard that this pillow was created by a chiropractor, I immediately wanted to try it. Chiropractic care has helped me with back pain and neck pain. My chiropractor has also taught me so much about wellness and eco-living. I knew that this pillow would be designed with remarkable expertise since chiropractors know so much about spine alignment.

When I first tried this pillow, it was a little bit difficult to get used to because you almost feel like your head is laying in a hammock! It is not the traditional pillow feeling. I watched the videos about the pillow and after a few days, found the ideal way to sleep on the pillow and now, I feel like my neck is completely supported while I sleep.

The two sides of the pillow are different sizes. If you are 5’7 or taller, you should rest on the side that has the SpineAlign pillow logo. If you are shorter than 5’7, put your head on the opposite side of the pillow.

The bottom of the pillow has zippers around the pillow chambers. I had to unzip the pillow and remove some of the filling to get just the right fit for me. The videos really helped with this. I got just the right loft so that my neck, head and spine were all aligned.

Make sure that you put a pillow case on this pillow; you can only spot-clean it. Do not put this pillow into the washing machine.

Overall, this pillow is remarkably-designed, supportive of my neck and very comfortable! The SpineAlign pillow costs 129 dollars. You can try the SpineAlign pillow for 90 days and decide if this pillow is right for you. If you return it, you do have to pay shipping.

Have you slept on the SpineAlign pillow? What do you think of it?
